Isshin Ryu Karate originated on the island of Okinawa.

It emphasizes patience, courtesy, consistent and regular training, and moral culture (doing the right thing because it is the right thing to do).

Romney Taylor's World Fighting Arts proudly adheres the tradition established by Angi Uezu and taught by the late John Overton, one of the founders of the original World Fighting Arts.
